1. Agreement

By accessing https://reelgood.fish or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Products & pricing

We sell fishing soft-plastic baits and related tackle.
Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
We try to display products and colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly due to the hand-poured nature of soft plastics and your screen settings.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or refuse/cancel any order.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept when we charge your payment method and confirm the order.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You represent that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.
Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required (currently Washington State).

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. For lost/damaged shipments, see our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Returns

Governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, incorporated here by reference.

6. Product use & assumption of risk

Fishing tackle involves sharp hooks and small parts. Use responsibly, keep away from small children, and follow all local fishing regulations and licensing requirements. You assume all risk associated with use of our products.

7. Intellectual property

All content — product names, photos, logos, and copy — is owned by Reel Good Bait and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel Good Bait is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
